If your product or application requires a design not found in our standard range of options, we can develop a custom dispenser for you. Elements of the MicroDose® or Twist-Tip® unit-dose vials  that can be customized are bulb shape, bulb size, stem angle and length, tip diameter, wall thickness, plastic color and Twist-off tab sizes.

The cost for a custom mold is generally less than traditional B-F-S tooling. The complexity of any design determines the cost. Unicep retains, stores and maintains all custom tooling and molds in-house. Ask us for more information about licensing agreements.
