The Twist-Tip® unit-dose vial provides a convenient new alternative for contract filling of your liquids, gels and lotions. An attractive, single-use package, the Twist-Tip® is ideal for products that do not require precise application. Formed and filled via Unicep’s Modified Blow-Fill-Seal process, the one-piece Twist-Tip® unit-dose vial incorporates a cylindrical plastic squeeze-bulb with an integral twist-off tab. Once opened, the vial’s contents can be dispensed through the opening by squeezing or pouring.
- Easy-open Twist-off design.
- Available in seven standard bulb sizes, from 0.2ml to 15ml in volume. 0.5ml and larger designs have a flat base, allowing the vials to stand upright like a small bottle.
- Vials feature a smooth finish. Decorating options include small-character ink jet printing and full-wrap pressure sensitive labels.
- Unicep’s Modified Blow-Fill-Seal process insures custom bulb shapes can be produced for a fraction of injection molded or typical B-F-S tooling costs.

All contract packaging is completed in Unicep’s 64,000 square foot FDA registered facility. Unicep employs current Good Manufacturing Practices and has an ISO900:2000 Certified Quality System.
