Resins

Our standard resins are blow molding grade low density polyethylene (LDPE), high density polyethylene (HDPE), and an autoclavable polypropylene (PP).  Optional LDPE, HDPE, and PP resins are available.  Extensive testing may be necessary to determine if a customer-specified optional resin is compatible with Unicep's blow-fill-seal machines.  Additional tooling may also be necessary.  For more information, contact Unicep's Sales Department at 208-265-9696, or send an email with your request to info@unicep.com.

Secondary Packaging

Unicep offers a number of different options for packaging finished blow-fill-seal vials, including flow wrapping, vertical form-fill-seal pouching (V-F-F-S), and poly bagging.  Use these to maximize informational or marketing labeling space, group several units together in one package, or for product protection. We recommend poly bagging for secondary packaging of vials under 10 ml.  For vials 10 ml and larger or if you require carded or trayed products, we recommend Horizontal Flow Wrap.
