Non-Sterile Blow-Fill-Seal Packaging
Unicep Packaging is pleased to announce the addition of two blow-fill-seal packaging lines. Unicep will install two custom designed, automated blow-fill-seal packaging machines for non-sterile unit-dose filling of liquid products. The repeatability of these new high speed machines ensures the highest quality form and finish available.

Standard and Custom Products
Standard vial sizes include 0.5ml, 1.0ml, 2.0ml, 3.5ml, 5.5ml, 10ml, 15ml, and 20ml.  Vial sizes from 0.5ml to 5.5ml feature a specially designed proprietary offset tip, so product can be accurately placed with a clear field of vision.  Vial materials include low density polyethylene, high density polyethylene, and an autoclavable polypropylene. The 0.5ml vial is not available in polypropylene. Custom mold sizes and shapes are available.  Each vial can be coded to provide specific product information such as lot number and expiration date. The unit-dose vials are available as single units or in multi-unit cards. Unicep can flow wrap individual or strips of up to 4 vials in a variety of laminate film materials.  To request samples of our blow-fill-seal vials, fill out our Request Form.

Turnkey Manufacturing
Unicep Packaging will source ingredients,mix, fill, label, provide secondary packaging, and perform the final packout to streamline your supply chain. Unicep provides complete formula transfer assistance, including scale up, for your existing product line. We use high quality 316L stainless steel Olsa equipment to mix your product. Our clean and modern, FDA registered, 64,000 square foot manufacturing plant has an in-house QC/QA laboratory, USP water system, and a complete line of secondary packaging equipment. Unicep’s quality system is ISO9001:2000 certified and EN46002:1996 compliant.
